This area has two aspects on the legal proceedings level; the public and the private, which nevertheless have the same affect, notably in the activity of the companies which operate in the sector. On one hand, to deal with a sector which is highly influenced by the Administration (licenses, penalties, urban activity plans, and derived and related activities), we provide assessment and counsel instruction in all those related topics and incidents, which range from ground planning to obtaining the corresponding licenses, both in the administrative and the contentious-administrative fields, including activities such as condemnation, reversion and urban planning agreements. In the private Law sector, our services cover both negotiation and assessment in this sector, including the interrelated aspects of a financial, tax and commercial nature, such as the participation in all types of proceedings arising from contractual breaches, defects or inherent vices.
